Your journey begins with an initial consultation. This is a relaxed and informative session where we’ll talk through how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy works, the science behind it, and how your brain responds to stress, anxiety, and low mood. By the end, you’ll have a clear picture of what our sessions together would look like and why you may be feeling the way you do.
There’s no obligation to continue afterwards, but most people choose to go ahead once they’ve experienced this first step.
The number of sessions varies for everyone, as each person’s needs are unique. Some people find 6–10 sessions beneficial, others may need 12+. We’ll discuss what feels right for you during the consultation.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.
